Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have questions about our candle-making process? Or about the different ingredients we use in the candles? Or maybe it’s a logistical question about shipping or our return policy. We have pulled together the questions we get from customers so you don’t have to go hunting around for the info.

What’s the difference between the custom candles and the intention candles?

All of the candles are intention (and manifestation) candles. For the custom candles, you send us your specific intention and the stones/dried flowers are hand selected based on your intention. You can also select the fragrance you want for your candle. The 4oz intention candles are not customizable.

How much is shipping?

Shipping within the US on standard orders is free! If you are placing a large order for an event, wedding, or birthday, shipping costs will be discussed during the ordering process. Please contact us directly for all larger orders.

Can I buy a custom candle as a gift?

Yes! You can do one of two things: purchase a gift card for a candle, or purchase any of our candles and let us know it’s a gift so we will leave out the price when it ships.

Are there discounts for large orders?

All large orders for events, weddings, and birthdays are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are interested in placing a large order, please fill out our contact form and include all of the pertinent details. Any discounts or special offers will be discussed during the ordering process.

I lost the info cards that came with my candle. Is there somewhere else I can find that info?

Coming soon! We will be adding a page for all customers that has all the details from the information card so you can access it online. Sign up for our emails to be notified of when this feature is live!

I have a coupon from Etsy. Can I still use it here?

Yes you can! There is a section during checkout where you can include a coupon or discount code. If your code is not working, please contact us directly so we can figure out what’s going on.

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns on our intention candles, but all of our custom candle sales are final. You can read our full returns and refunds policy here.

Do you make bigger candles?

Currently, we make 4oz and 10oz candles. If you are interested in something different, please contact us directly. While we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate your request, we do like to try!

Can I get a 4oz custom candle instead of a 10oz?

Yes, you can. Because it is not one of our standard products, please send us a message using our online form. Someone will be in touch with you as soon as possible to discuss the order details.
